$0 Down, No Payment Home Loans For Illegal Migrants Advances In California State Legislature

A bill, that would allow illegal migrants to take part in a $0 down, no payment home loan program has advanced out of the California Senate Appropriations Committee even though they say it would cause "significant cost pressures" in the millions each year.
The vote to all illegal migrants to take part in the The California Dream for All program now heads to a floor vote in the State Senate.
If passed, Illegal migrants may not have to pay back the home loan at all, if they don’t refinance, sell or transfer the home. It would be theirs scott free as there are no provisions on how long a property can be held for, according to the report by the Center square.
Republicans are calling the move an insult to American citizens who are being left behind and priced out of home ownership.
