Man gets harassed for smoking a joint outside Union Square Park

This man is enjoying a smoke, until 10+ officers from the NYPD (13th Precinct) to be exact, pull up on this man. They aggressively demand this mans ID. He refused to give ID because there was no crime or law broken. The cops were acting out of boundaries and illegally arrested this man without providing a reason nor a proper charge as to why he was being arrested. To add on, the cop giving dialogue towards the end of this video, flat out lied, saying when police demand ID, you're supposed to comply which is just 100% wrong and untrue. It is our job (US THE PEOPLE) to expose this type of corruption and foolishness
