“For the record we have Ron Regehr who (at great expense) videotaped the MUFON mea culpa conference that featured Moore’s presentation. As a result of a screw up w/ the conference center, Ron was forced to sync the S-VHS tape’s video w/ a pirated audio recording of the conference, he had to design a variable speed cassette playback devise to hand sync the audio to his master tapes.
