How to make Delicious Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala

This is a delicious Recipe to make Chicken Tikka Masala in the Instant Pot. We like to serve it with Rice, Vegetables and homemade Naan Bread.

Chicken Tikka Masala (Instant Pot)
Ingredients:
2 lb. Chicken Breast, cut bite sized
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Pepper
1-1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
1-1/2 " Ginger, grated - divided
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, chopped
5 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 can (15oz) Tomato Sauce
1 can (14.5oz) diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 cup Coconut Milk

1 One Gallon Ziploc Bag

Use Ziploc Bag and combine Chicken, Yogurt, Chili Powder, Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest & Ginger (1"grated), refrigerate & marinade 2-3 hours.
Set Instant Pot to "Sauté" heat Oil.
Sauté Onions add Garlic & Ginger, sauté 1 Minute.
Stir in Tomato Sauce & Diced Tomatoes.
Incorporate Chicken Mixture.
Set Instant Pot to "Pressure Cook" secure Lid.
Cook 8 Minutes open after quick release.
Set Instant Pot to "low Sauté"
Add Coconut Milk, simmer 1-2 Minutes to thicken.
(add Cornstarch Slurry if you like it thicker)
