Christian Nationalism in the USA Explained in Sermon Form. If you love the United States of America and you love God as a Christian many will label you a “Christian Nationalist”. This is a bullying tatic and shouldn’t fall for it. As Christian we believe we are supposed to put the Kingdom of God before all else (Matthew 6). Jesus said very clearly “my kingdom is not of this world”. Jesus will one day return as set up a perfect Government and it will know no end. Only then we will have perfect government and peace. The Christian is not looking for the worlds problems to be solved through Government and Politics. The video will be about Christian Nationalism in the USA

The problem comes when Christians get over focused on politics and we forget about Jesus. Some even go to the extreme ways of thinking Christians should take over politics which is Christian Nationalism. There is a separation of church and state for good reasons. Christians should NEVER try to take over politics. But we should be involved but never let it be and idol. Some are trying to use the “Christian nationalist label” to try to silence Christians and get them to stay silent. Do not fall for this it’s a bullying tactic. Its okay to love your country (To not love your country doesn’t make much sense). Sure we have to acknowledge some of the sins in our nations past. But many today hate America. This to me is more dangerous to me then love for America. We should want this Nation to succeed. And we do not have to step on others to make that happen
Its okay to be excited about a political candidate. Its okay to be excited about your country. If you echo these two things many will cry Christian nationalist or even worse white Christian nationalist. Christians should be involved in politics. We shouldn’t take over politics. We should try to merge church and state. But Christians have every right to express our beliefs about God, politics and the church. The warning here is clear. Do not put politics over Jesus. Do not put a political party before Jesus. Do not put your country before Jesus. Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Christian Nationalist is a thing. Its when simple people make a God out of Political candidate. Examples of this are Barack Obama and Donald Trump. But these men having nothing on God almighty. God does use some people more then other. And some are gifted with the ability to lead. Acknowledging gifts and talents in individuals is not Christian Nationalism or Idolatry. This is my Christian Nationalism sermon
