In this episode Elke Waterhouse, CEO of Lump O’ Coal Corporation, shares the story of how she started the business and the unique products they offer.

The production process involves the coordination of Holly Kulak and Lynn Getzinger from Rehoboth Christian Ministries, to employ individuals with developmental disabilities who assemble the Lump O’ Coal.

Together they discuss the pride and joy that come from seeing the product on store shelves and the importance of providing work opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

They also touch on the challenges of shipping and distribution, as well as the potential for expansion into the United States.
This conversation highlights the positive impact of inclusive employment, the need for more facilities to support individuals with disabilities, and how to bring the Lump O’ Coal to the rest of the world.
