Gravity Fitness Weighted Vest Review

Today we are doing a gravity fitness weighted vest review, will show you how to set it up and what exercises you can do with it. This weighted vest is different to the one I normally use so I'm excited to try this out. I wanted to know how it fits how easy to change weights, does it stay in position when do certain exercises and is it comfortable to wear. I'm hoping after this video you will have all the information you need to decide if this is the weighted vest for you. Some of you maybe thinking why would I need a weighted vest calisthenics is fine on its own, I love bodyweight training. The thing is some people get to the point when they want to take their calisthenics to the next level, they find pull ups or dips, push ups, handstand push ups to inverted rows, some of the main calisthenics exercises far to easy with just bodyweight, they don't want to or know how to use progressive calisthenics, this is where a weighted vest can be so handy. Adding weight can now make that pullup so much harder, can create that progressive overload so you can continue to keep getting stronger and bigger. Weighted calisthenics is a fantastic route to go down if you want top still focus on calisthenics movements but want to progress with them. This weighted vest is very comfortable that it would be a great weighted vest for rucking and for running and walking. Even with 30kg this vest is comfortable to wear
