Concrete dust is not toxic or Bleigh Construction would be out of business.

I called Bleigh Construction, they disavow any knowledge of this guy who is not driving a company truck claiming to be one Jonas Petty. The company also emphatically denied any statements on their behalf that concrete dust is not toxic, and explicitly disavowed their unsafe construction practices, saying they ALWAYS use water mitigation with cutting concrete, bricks, stone, etc in an occupied residential neighborhood.
