Hema committee report -- Malayalam fiim industry exposed

The Hema Committee Report, released by the Kerala government, investigates the working conditions and gender issues faced by women in the Malayalam film industry. Formed in 2017 after an assault case linked to actor Dileep, the committee, chaired by former High Court judge Justice K. Hema, uncovered significant issues of harassment and exploitation.
