What Helsinki Thinks About Israel

The misuse and manipulation of information to serve political agendas or to promote xenophobia has been a major problem on many fronts. Population masses around the world are convinced to know realities that they've never experienced, allowing interest groups to spread hatred through the polarization and ideologic weaponization of such populations.

The Jewish People and their homeland Israel, are a common point of contention that are constantly brought up in the media or in political and intellectual conversations. Anti-Semitism has never been spread by saying the truth about the Jewish People, thus the rise of anti-Semitism is centered on influencing the next generation's pop culture, and convincing a society's future that the Jewish People (along with any form of Jewish aspirations or empowerment) are directly linked to a suffering or pain that a variety of communities either directly experience or are compassionate for.

We took to the streets of Helsinki, Finland to interview random residents of the Finnish capital to see what they thought of the Jewish State and if they could back up their conclusions with logical and historical explanations.
