Volunteers fight to keep migrants alive in the Arizona desert

Every Saturday before dawn, Diane Noonan Pothast arrives at the Humane Borders office in Tucson, Arizona, to load supplies onto a truck equipped with 200-300 gallons of water, generators, and hoses. She is part of a network of volunteers working to prevent deaths in the desert, where many asylum seekers and migrant travelers have lost their lives. Arrthy Thayaparan has more.
