Planking for Progress: (Day 7) Improving Core Strength [Chase and Status 'Backbone']

Day 7 of my planking adventure, and I've got two goals now that I'm actively working to hit. Goal number one is to plank for five minutes, goal number two is to get my weight down to 220 lbs. Goal number two is going to be achieved much faster than goal number one, I'm only eleven pounds away. I hope you all are doing well in your own journeys, and if I can supply you with a bit of motivation to achieve your own dreams, that's my mission. Keep moving, keep rocking, and keep planking.
