Arizona Abortion Access Act

Arizona Abortion Access Act is a constitutional amendment that would make unrestricted unregulated abortions a fundamental right in Arizona if passed. Petitioners were misrepresented what the amendment actually says and did not know the scope of its effect when questioned. Petitioners were trained and as they read the deceptive language of the ballot measures think this would only protect abortion until fetal viability. However, under this amendment the term “fetal viability” has been redefined to include in its definition “without the application of extraordinary medical measures”. So, fetal viability is not simply that the fetus can survive outside of the uterus but that survival is without the application of extraordinary measures. What is considered extraordinary medical measures is completely subjective and voters are unfamiliar with this term as it has been redefined. Arizona Voters need to know what this would do if it is passed and if you disagree that abortion should not be elective beyond viability then share this video ASAP.
