On Day 192 of sobriety, I reflect on a tough situation involving a neighbor's mistreated dog. It's heartbreaking, and I wish there was more I could do, but it's challenging when my own dogs would react badly to bringing in another. Sri Lanka's lack of care for animals is something I struggle with deeply.

Before diving into today’s music, I also answer questions from the community page. These Q&As are becoming a highlight for me—feeling connected with you all brings a sense of purpose and positivity to my day.

The song of the day is special—"Nu grönskar det," performed by Runa feat. Bill Granath. Written by Evelyn Lindström in 1933, this Swedish classic is pure nostalgia for me. It takes me back to middle school days, marking the start of summer holidays, and those endless Swedish summer nights filled with green fields and no worries. This song was always sung in church, and it’s a reminder of the simplicity and beauty of those times.

Thank you for being here on this journey with me. Let's keep moving forward, one day at a time.
