One-Pan Cheeseburger Rice:

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups beef broth
1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Chopped pickles (optional, for garnish)
Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Beef and Onions:

In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat (if using).
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the Rice and Liquids:

Stir in the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid.
Add the Cheese:

Once the rice is cooked, remove the pan from heat.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Cover the pan again and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped pickles and fresh parsley if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
