Bill Gates on taxing oil and gas

Bill Gates: "There's no excuse for not getting to the point where we get to zero CO2 emissions...that's a very daunting task. The both the subsidisation and non taxation of oil and gas is a barrier. If you could politically put that tax on, thats a very good thing."
