What is the best Martial Art for self Defense? This is a question that can not be easily answered. In this video I will explore various styles of Martial Arts and discuss the pros and cons of each. With nearly 30 years if Martial Arts training, I have had the opportunity to train many systems of Martial arts, and work out with practitioners of even more.
