How to translate John 15:12-17

"This is my command, that you love one another just as I loved you. No one has greater love than this, that anyone might lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. I no longer call you servants, because the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends because everything which I heard from my Father I made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and I appointed you in order that you might go and bear fruit and your fruit might remain in order that whatever you might ask the Father in my name He might give to you. I give you these things in order that you might love one another" (John 15:12-17, my translation).
