My goals were hurting me.

This isn’t to say not to set goals, but what I found was the goals I was setting were making me anxious.

The things I was working toward made me miss out on the silly moments.

So I’ve stopped working on those goals.

I’m giving myself permission to just BE right here right now in this moment.

Because once this moment is gone, it’s gone.

I’m done giving moments away to the anxiety of things that may never come to be.

Does that mean I’m not working on myself? Nope.
And this is a part of that. Living in my comfort zone and in the moment.
