Mother with newborn twins killed while father was picking their birth certificates in Gaza

A father of newborn twins in Gaza discovered his children's dead bodies being delivered to a hospital while picking up their birth certificates. His 3-day-old babies were killed by an Israeli strike on Khan Yunis refugee camp which had been previously designated a safe zone.
