NEW: Man who was wrongfully convicted by Kamala Harris says she laughed at him when he was sentenced to 50 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.

Pure evil.

Jamal Trulove was awarded $13.1 million after spending 6 years in prison after being framed by police.

Trulove was framed by police for the sh**ting of his friend.

"We locked eyes this one time, and she laughed. She literally just, like, kind of busted out laughing," Trulove said of then SF District Attorney Harris.

"Almost as if she was pointing like, 'ha-ha', she didn't point, but that's how it felt."

"If you're wondering if I'll be voting for Kamala 'Laugh-and-Lie' Harris, f*** no."
