Day 45 of speech improvement.

I used to commit to a lot of things, and never actually do them. Not even because I lost motivation or it was too hard. But because I would commit to so much and end up forgetting a lot of them as time goes on.

When I started writing things down, it was like a super power. I always found to do lists to be a waste of time. But I never truly realised the power of waking up and having a set list of things to work towards. Now I’ll never stop, it’s kept me on track greatly. I hope it can do the same for you!
