Strange Otis Gen3 MRL Traction Elevator with an Unusual COP - South Charlotte MOB (Charlotte, NC)

What looks like your typical and boring New Gen3 has some interesting oddities. The main one is that the COP Panel and Hall Lanterns stick out more than they usually do, meaning they have surface mounted panels! I'm not sure if this is a custom feature or something new that Gen3's are doing, but I have never seen this before!
