Lady Elaine Fairchild DIY costume and make up tutorial. This is Cal O'Ween!

Today we'll be recreating Lady Elaine Fairchild from the beloved children's T.V. show, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. This is a classic and would be a great choice for a family costume or group costume.

What I used to create this look

Crayola Model Magic
Mehron spirit gum adhesive
Mehron liquid latex

Ben Nye Aqua - warm brown - (You could just use a dark brown eyeshadow or pencil instead )
Ben Nye Aqua - black licorice ( You could use black eye shadow instead, or black cream make up )
Ben Nye White cream pencil - any white pencil liner will work
foundation
Baby blue eye shadow
dark pink blush
black mascara
Black liquid liner
Brown contour creme - or dark brown eye shadow
Blue contact lenses

Lip color - N.Y.X Smooth Whips ( Parfait )

I paid around $42.00 for this costume

I had many things already including Styrofoam balls, all paint and paint brushes, panty hose, shoes, gloves, black turtle neck, cardboard and spray paint. You may already have everything you need right in your own closet to create this costume.
