Easy, Crispy Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan is one of my favorite Italian style foods. Unfortunately, even at many restaurants it is often underwhelming. My favorite version is hands down Tammi Weed’s recipe. Not only is the taste and texture literally perfect, but it is so simple!

Another special part about this is that Tammi was our network representative for the family's tv show on UPTv. Tammi was always stopping by and checking on the family, and we learned alot about her life and family. She shared some stories of her Mom's Italian heritage and their family's annual spaghetti sauce canning tradition. When I wanted to make my own pasta, Tammi was the one I called and she always made things simple! My mom has always had a close friendship with Tammi and when some of the family took a trip to Italy, they took her as a tour guide and interpreter. Tammi is a Realtor in the Nashville, TN area and specializes in investment properties, so we have had the opportunity to work there as well.
