Wine Tasting Salt Wine Company 2021 Pinot Noir

If you didn't watch Thursday's video about this week's set of wine tastings, check it out before watching! The reason the wines will have muted taste is most likely due to bottle sickness requiring me to move my wine rack again to somewhere the dog won't do parkour knocking the wine bottles over. I will need to try these bottles again in the near future for a more accurate representation of their tasting profiles; that being said, I may be leaving this one out because THAT AGGRAVATED MY REFLUX WAY TOO HARD! A lot more acidic than I expected! Even if it wasn't suffering from bottle sickness, I think I would have had to add baking soda to the GLASS just to keep drinking it (and no, water or grape juice did not help! I did try!)!
