1 & half cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup all purpose flour( maida)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
1 tbsp oil

METHOD:
Take an 8 inch pan Grease and line with parchment paper Preheat oven at 180 C Bake at 180 c for 19-20 minutes. Don't overbake,

Preheat pateela for 10 minutes on Medium flame Bake it for 5-8 minutes on Medium flame then 20-22 minutes on low heat ]
