Alright, veggie fans. Buckle up.
You know those zucchini-oat things? Yeah, we messed with 'em. Big time.
So there I was, knee-deep in shredded zucchini. Wife walks in, sees the chaos. Rolls her eyes. "Not again," she says.
But this time was different. This time, I had a plan.
Or... well, more of a hunch. A culinary itch. You know the feeling?
Anyway. Long story short, we added something. Something weird. Something that shouldn't work, but holy moly, does it ever.
Now, I could tell you what it is. But where's the fun in that? Plus, my kid says I need more "viewer engagement" or whatever.
