Former UN weapons inspector and retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter has been a recent target of the FBI, as his home in Delmar, NY was raided in early August. The agency reportedly produced a warrant claiming Ritter has violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act and is under investigation.
