Japanese Beef Ramen, Fried Chicken & Asian Sausage Noodle, & Sesame Balls Desert

Japanese Beef Ramen:

Ingredients:
1 pound of beef bones
2 quarts of water
1 onion cut in quartered
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mirin
1 teaspoon of sugar
A piece of ginger, sliced
1-star anise
Sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 cinnamon stick
1 package of ramen noodles
1 pound of thinly sliced beef
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 teaspoon of sugar
Chopped scallions
Chopped cilantro
1 boiled egg with runny yolk
some bok choy

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the beef, garlic, soy sauce, sake or rice wine, and sugar. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.

3. Add the broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.

5. Stir in the green onions, miso paste, and sesame oil.

Ladle the soup into bowls and top with your desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!

Note: you can adjust the broth, seasoning, and toppings according to your preference.

Chicken Fried Noodle With Asian Sausage & Eggs:
Ingredient & Instruction:

1.
Pour the hot water into the noodle
2.
Cut the Asian sausages into pieces
3.
Break your leftover Popeyes chicken or any leftover chicken into small pieces
4.
Pour the water out of the noodles
5.
Cut the cilantro and scallion into pieces
6.
Pour the oil out from the package with high heat on
7.
Crack the two eggs in and scramble it
8.
Dump everything together and mix it a little
9.
Add in all the seasonings that came with it
10.
Add in the cilantro and the scallions
11.
Mix it really well for 2 to 3 mins under high heat

Sesame Balls Desert:

Ingredients:
1 cup of glutinous rice flour
1/4 cup of hot water
Half a cup of sweet red bean paste
half a cup of sesame seeds
Vegetable oil, for deep-frying
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, and sugar. Mix well.

2. Gradually add the hot water and mix until the dough comes together. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball.

4. Flatten each dough ball and place a small amount of sweet red bean paste in the center.

5. Roll the dough around the filling to form a smooth ball, and then roll it in the sesame seeds.

6. Heat the oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat. Gently drop the sesame balls into the oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

7. Use a slotted spoon to remove the sesame balls from the oil and drain on paper towels.

8. Serve the sesame balls warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

Note: you can adjust the amount of sugar and red bean paste to suit your taste.
