Do you ask the right questions?

Most would agree that the answer you get often depends on how you ask the question. That’s why it’s so important for us to be mindful of the questions we are asking ourselves, like “How is this happening FOR me?” instead of “Why is this happening TO ME?”. A daily practice that I find extremely helpful is writing a list of questions for myself. It includes intentions I’m setting for myself and the day, along with questions about things I may be chewing on at the moment. Our brains are wired to answer questions, so why not use it to our advantage?
