Lesson 18: Probability Is Not Propensity

Probability is not a part of things. Probability is only a relation between propositions that you assume. It is not an essence. It has no causal powers. Things do not have probabilities; no, not even quantuam mechanical objects.

HOMEWORK: Read Uncertainty Chaper 5 excerpt.
