Today at 12:00 on Save OCP Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey will discuss the continual violence in DOC with a couple of deaths occurring this week. Reports indicate that one inmate responsible for a death has committed or been accused of multiple inmate murders. Why is a known killer not being isolated? Overdose is still a problem with the death of an inmate at Hinton who was reportedly given 7 doses of Narcan. Big question of whether or not DOC tried to cover up the overdose by claiming an outbreak of meningitis. DOC continues to hold officers responsible for incidents out of their control. The violence and the deaths are the result of officer shortages, but the department is blaming these incidents on overworked employees. Tune in, it should be an interesting conversation.
