Unlawfully Removed From Public Meeting Then Arrested 4 News Story (Full Story) Captain Todd Incident

The Edison Police and Edison Town Council does not care about the Americans with Disabilities act. Jersey Watcher has been Singled out in violation of the Governor of NJ's Executive Order 122, Section 3 Subsection G. People with Disabilities should not have to go through this kind of abuse, intimidation, and humiliation just to go out in public, pandemic or no pandemic. June 28, 2021 i was at the Edison Town Council meeting when members of Councilman Sam Joshi Campaign AKA Paresh Joshi and Tuhin Pandya started heckling me from the crowd and demanded my removal from council meeting for not wearing a mask or being vaccinated even though i am legally exempt. Council President Diehl and Lawyer Northgrave then verbally warned me i could be removed. As i approached Officers Assoulin and Patel to let them know about my disability and i do not need to wear a mask and Legally you cant exclude Unvaccinated people from public meetings its discrimination, Unconstitutional and against Open Public Meetings Act and Sunshine Law, Governor Murphy Executive Order, and American with Disabilities Act. Captain Todd then came from Behind me and violently removed me from the meeting without even being ordered by the Town Council President who Runs the Meetings. No Council Members asked for my removal. Capt Todd, Deputy FIre Chief Latham, Officer Patel and Officer Assoulin then guarded the doors to make sure i cant return to a public meeting i was still legally allowed to attend. Deputy FIre Chief Latham told me he is the SGT of Arms for the meeting and His Boss told him to guard the door to not allow me to Re enter, Later i found out his Female Boss he was Referring too was the Business Administrator Mrs Ruane.. On June 28,2021 i was at the Edison Municipal Building outside Council Chambers conducting my news story for New Jersey Corruption Watch with over 30,000 followers and Jersey Watcher Youtube Channel with over 15,000 Subscribers. As i was addressing my Youtube audience and those watching my Webpage. I was creating a news report specifically intended to be listened to by my audience. As i was doing this i was surrounded, harassed, mocked, and laughed at by Capt Todd, Officer Patel, and Officer Assoulin. These Officers Engaged me in Political Discussion, They Escalated, Intimidated and then Ultimately Attacked me. I was Arrested for cursing on Public Property. Violating my 1st amendment right to Free Speech on Public Property, NJ State Constitution which is even more strict on the rights to Free Speech and Rosenfeld VS NJ where the courts have upheld these rights. These Officers also Violated my 4th Amendment Rights. and Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States
