Good day there friends. I was having one of those days and was just not having a happy day. I was pissed off and instead of yelling, I once again was thinking of David Choe. I Harnessed the emotions that I was feeling and put them onto a canvas. This day this is what my Anger looked like to me. The rather fun part was after doing this. I felt much better. You should try it sometime. When you are all in your feelings. Go put it down. Write a short story. Write a poem. Sketch a drawing. Paint something. Get that negative energy out of your system.
