Activate the 5th dimensional Chakras - The Third Eye Chakra

We are very much aware that this is the chakra that everyone wants to open and that you may be tempted to skip ahead and do this meditation first. Please don't. It is really important that you take these meditations in sequence as your body may not be prepared for the changes that they may bring.
Interestingly the pituitary gland is referred to here as a point of interest. I have tried to change it to the pineal as this is where most people would expect the "Cave of Bramah" to reside, but everytime I try it reverts back, so I am going to accept that this is how Archangel Chamuel wants it to be for now.
