In an exclusive interview with DW, Sweden's Foreign Minister Tobias Billström has tacitly backed Ukraine's offensive into Russian territory. Billström said "everything thing that can hamper Russia's ability to do Ukrainians harm is a good thing". Sweden's top diplomat added that Stockholm has placed no restrictions on the weapons it has supplied to Ukraine. Billström was speaking from Nigeria where he and his counterparts from Nordic States have been on a diplomatic mission to remaining allies in the region. A number of countries in West Africa are now under military governments that have severed ties with the West and have turned to Russia for security cooperation.
