We’ve been living in an illusion. This occurred to me a few years ago.
Our house taxes just went up $400/mo from recent Central Kitsap school levy which included hiring a DEI superintendent. In WA schools are fully funded by other taxes but levies come up every 3-6 months. We have another fire levy coming up as well. I realize we need schools and fire dept but we are being taxed out of our homes
