14 Minesweeper Variants 2 Episode 41 - [GR+] Part 3 and a Little Self-Referential

So basically because I messed up and lost the progress I had on the last puzzle from before, I didn't finish [GR+] until an hour in. I didn't want to let it end there, so I did a board of 5x5 of the next variant, self-referential. This one is a bit complicated and somewhat hard to explain, but it involves layering the encryption sideboard over the actual board to interact with the clues which are letters.
