The flavors are as strong as Vlad Dracula himself. It is a wonderful spin on beef that you are welcome to join Colin and I in medieval Transylvania as we make it. The recipe was from a letter from a chef to his apprentice, and made as he described. As a bonus, the extra sauce makes for the best French dips dipping sauce you've ever had!
