It's a relentless Austrian machine! Almost as relentless as it's very own company which has put in a massive effort in order to bring this rifle to the American civilian market. Bill Clinton's Federal Assault Weapons Ban and George H. W. Bush's 1989 foreign rifle import ban couldn't keep Steyr from ultimately bringing this innovative European bullpup to the U.S. market.

I do enjoy both the aesthetics, reliability, and accuracy of this rifle. Additionally, it is packed with neat features such as a cold hammer forged quick change barrel, durable translucent "waffle" magazines and compact 28" overall length. It is very iconic and has made it's way into countless movies, TV shows, and video games since it development in 1977.
