4 He who sits [enthroned] in the heavens laughs [at their rebellion];
The [Sovereign] [c]Lord scoffs at them [and in supreme contempt He mocks them].

[[For all of the mocking you endured. The snide remarks made just as you past by. The contempt dripping from the of their tongues.]]

[[The loud slurping sounds during when the blessing was made. The crude remarks about the way you walk.]]

The Right To Issue
The right to issue is usually thought to mean the Right to Impose your value system on the populace, or the ability to: The Right To Issue coinage.

It means much more. It is the Right to Imagine or to Issue your thoughts into your creation; into your sphere of influence.
The Right to Impose your value system into your life.

This right was stolen from Huemanity and taken hostage by Satan.
The only ones who can take it back is Huemanity with the assistance of the gift Giver.

In some respects we are in the process of taking back our Rights, our Consciousness’, our Gifts back.

Our Right is in our Gifts, given to Mankind, in perpetuum; by the Supreme Being of ALL.

Many of our Naturally transferable Rights are a part of us. These God Given Rights are reflected in the Constitution of the Republic of the United States. Plus we were given dominion over the Earth to treat it a tenderly cared for garden.

Currently our system is built on falsity, built on an artificial system, on an illusionary story.
In this dimension this Gift appears to be in the stolen Right To Issue coinage.

It is Satan’s Right to Impose his Will upon the Earth
He is the epitome of Death and Entropy.
You and I have been under assault by Death and Degradation; for how many thousands of years?

This answers many questions.
Why, are all things regarding moral character being reduced in reputation, in intellectual degeneracy, reducing in strength and efficiency; because we are living in entropic society based on a death cult.

Our Gifts, in a sense, are in a process of returning to us because of a threefold reason; 1)we are, as a species and planet moving through a benevolent galactic wave from the center of our galaxy, 2) the planets are lining up in a straight line moving us into the Age of Aquarius 3) as a result of 1 and 2 our God consciousness, as a species, is rising.

The King Is Here
I Ching or Yi Jing
I lived in the i-Ching for three years.

Each hexagram is made up of 2 trigram stacked on top of each other.
Each trigram is made up of 3 lines of either yin or yang.

The top trigram represents external.

The bottom trigram represents internal.

The progression is from bottom to top, so the six lines also represent 6 stages of development.

You develop the inside character (through internal dialogue) and then you act it out in external behavior.

Of the six lines, the bottom two represent earth, the middle two represent man, and the top two represent heaven/sky.

A sLICE OF LIFE
I was living, better yet said, I was squatting on Burlington Milwaukee Railroad land in Washington State.

The last $400.00 to my name I purchased enough materials to build an 8x8 cabin that was about 25 feet from a two hundred foot drop off to the Green River Gorge.

Built a water seep down to the cabin, with connecting waterline down to a small sink. And a two burner propane stove. Move-in ready.

I was 25 years old and looking for a wife. As I say, I was practicing I-Ching.

I finally came to the place, emotionally, spiritually and physically I was ready for the advent of the king. In this symbolism, a queen.

After living 25 feet from a 200 foot drop to the Green River Gorge.

For several weeks, in the Fall of 1976, I received the same message every day . “The King is here.” I finally said out loud. “I don’t see any one.”

Later that day I was sitting at the bar in the Rainer Tavern in Enumclaw Washington, with my back to the front door.

Seemingly, out of nowhere, I felt as though something or someone was burning a hole in my back. It was the Queen I was waiting for. We were wed in Pittman New Jersey about four months later, January 6, 1978.

My thought is, if we are getting all of these messages. The King is here! The millennial kingdom is here.
