Israelis demand deal as hostage talks resume

Families of Israeli hostages and other demonstrators protested outside the headquarters of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party in Tel Aviv on Thursday (August 15), calling for an immediate deal as Israel-Gaza ceasefire talks were due to resume in Qatar later in the day. The protesters, including Zahiro Shahar Mor, whose uncle is still held hostage in Gaza, conveyed a message of frustration to the Israeli government and the negotiations team.
