you need


40 grams oats
• 40 grams chocolate protein powder
⚫ 1DL milk 1.5% OR water for less kcals
40 grams Greek yogurt 0%
•1 Oreo I used the white chocolate dipped ones
Do this:
In a bowl combine 40 grams of oats with 40 grams of
chocolate flavored protein powder
Gradually add in 1DL milk or water -water = less
calories and stir!
In a small glass or jar
pour half the oat mix - and
then 40 grams on 0% fat Greek yogurt. Then the rest
of the oat mix on top
Chop an Oreo cookie I use the ones dipped in white
chocolate and sprinkle on top!
Place in fridge overnight or for a few hours...
& then ENJOY
