VLOG 719: setting up the test setup! (battery charger test rig)

today we head out to storage to pickup some things, then gather parts, and finally start figuring out a test platform to see if the permobil volt pro chargers are destroying batteries or not!
the 'ol brain is still a bit foggy... BUT im powering thru and getting back to working on stuff!
