In this video, I review an offer for services by a Nextdoor user in the Landscaping Lawn Mowing Niche.

Even without much consistency, marketing effort & a few posts, he was able to get some leads

You can do much better if you:

- get great marketing material
- make engaging videos
- make good (with emojis) marketing message
- make a good banner and bio description
- re-post customer testimonials

Things to avoid:

- don't publish in off-topic groups
- don't to create your own niche group (ie "Photo Studio in Houston")
- don't forget to have the proper conversion funnel in place
- don't recycle videos from other sources like TikTok
- don't blast your publications with hashtags (2-3 are enough)
- don't miss on regularity and consistency
- don't miss being "friendly neighbor" by posting on other things than your photo business.

Here is my recommended basic strategy to get regular prospects for your business:

1. create your Nextdoor conversion funnel (I covered in previous videos)
2. be a friendly helpful neighbor
3. post regularly 5 to 7 times a week in your own group
4. create engaging videos, images, texts
5. make only one commercial post a week
6. remember to welcome all new members joining your neighborhood
