Assassin's Creed Shadows is Trying to Be AUTHENTIC? Ubisoft Down BAD!

Ubisoft has been down bad for a very long time and their string of failures isn't going to end before the close of 2024. Skull & Bones has been kicked to the bargain bin, less than 6 months after it's release. The tip of the monetization spear that kicked off the year and Ubisoft trying to normalize the AAAA Game was a flop from the get go and getting sold for $10 at Best Buy is proof that gamers don't owe you anything.

Assassin's Creed Shadows is going to close out the year for the studio on a similar note. Fighting controversy after controversy, they are trying a different approach: bald faced lies. Lead Producer Karl Onnée made the absurd claim that they are trying to make this game as "authentic" as possible, thereby undercutting their defenses in putting Yasuke in a lead role and stealing iconography and architecture from all across Asia to fit into their DEI dreamscape.

Best of luck on the rest of the year, hopefully Star Wars: Outlaws makes all the money!
