The state of your healthy microbiome is directly effected by the variety of food you eat (food for those good guys). I don't know about you, but I don't want eat all the things that my gut would benefit from. Enter in the smoothie! You would be amazed at how little you need, and how NOT bad it can taste, to get that goodness to your beneficial microbes. Variety, variety, variety is the name of the game!
