Elizabeth Warren proposes bill for national rent control.

She says her bill will reduce rents by 10%! I wonder who's going to make up the difference!!! If we are short 7 million houses, why not pass a bill encentiving CONTSTRUCTION? This is why women should not hold elected officer.
