32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEARE FRIENDS!!
I’ll be honest guys, as soon as I saw this morning's passage of scripture and the scripture verse of Colossians 3:13, I had a few Issues with this morning's devotional, because I automatically assumed that this was another one of those “forgive and forget” devotions, minimizing the pain someone has been through, and forcing them to forgive. Praise God I was wrong on that, and I'm very grateful that I did read this morning's scripture. I was really intrigued by the questions from this morning's devotional, because to put the word generous with forgiveness, was something I've never done before, and I'd like to share these questions with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will challenge your heart through them as He is challenging mine.

Why is forgiveness generous?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from His Word on this issue this morning, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you will further help you understand what it means to experience God's generous love, and how you could express that through real generous forgiveness to others. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and see just what I mean! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that this question not only gets you to thinking, but challenges you to want to know what it means to forgive, and to practice it.

Who will you forgive today?

So, as I close this post for tonight, I reach out to anyone that was sexually violated as a child, especially by a so-called man of God, know that you are not at fault, and that what was done to you was wrong! Don't be afraid to seek real justice, even if it means that others shun you for holding the criminal accountable for their actions. Remember that forgiveness is not based on any type of ‘forgetfulness’, or the minimalization of your pain, but on the willingness to expose the truth of what happened, so you can truly heal. Above all, that you will ask God to grant you every day His generous will to forgive, while still extending your boundaries to protect yourself.

UNTIL THURSDAY:

HAVE A BLISSFULLY BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
